Location Information Usage Terms

  • Article 1 (Purpose)

    These terms and conditions clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Car Trinity (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its members regarding the use of driver-included vehicle rental brokerage services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

  • Article 2 (Definitions)

    • ➀ "Location-based Services" refer to all services provided by the Company that use GPS, Wi-Fi, base station information, etc., to collect and provide member location information.
    • ➁ "Personal Location Information" refers to the location information of a specific individual collected to provide location-based services.
    • ➂ "Member" refers to a person who enters into a service usage contract with the Company and uses the location-based services provided by the Company.

  • Article 3 (Collection and Use of Location Information)

    • ➀ The Company may collect a member’s location information for the following purposes:
      • a. Providing vehicle location tracking and route guidance services
      • b. Offering services such as airport transfers, golf course transfers, and custom travel based on the member's location
      • c. Providing personalized services and information based on the member’s current location
    • ➁ The Company does not provide location information to third parties without the member's consent.

  • Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Location Information)

    • ➀ The Company will immediately destroy location information once the purpose of collection is fulfilled.
    • ➁ However, the Company may retain the information for a specified period if required by law.

  • Article 5 (Member Rights)

    • ➀ Members can withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of location information at any time.
    • ➁ Members can request rights protection in case of any infringement on their rights or interests related to location information collection, use, or provision according to the law.

  • Article 6 (Safety Measures for Location Information Protection)

    • ➀ The Company will take technical and administrative measures to protect members' location information.
    • ➁ The Company will implement protective measures required by relevant laws to prevent misuse, loss, theft, or leakage of location information.

  • Article 7 (Withdrawal of Consent for Location Information)

    • ➀ Members can withdraw their consent to the provision and use of location information at any time during service use.
    • ➁ Withdrawal of consent may limit access to location-based services.

  • Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

    • ➀ The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the location information, and is not responsible for damages caused by errors in location information.
    • ➁ The Company is not responsible for the failure to provide location-based services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

  • Article 9 (Service Fees and Payment)

    No separate fees are charged for location-based services, and they are offered in conjunction with other Company services.

  • Article 10 (Interpretation and Governing Law)

    All disputes related to the interpretation
